Please note:

If you are using PayPal, you must complete the entire click through process to complete the transaction. If you have a problem logging onto PayPal or a problem completing the transaction, please do not re-register. You can come back to this page any time. There is an email in your inbox with the link back to this page.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations must be received by our office by Friday, October 15th, 2010, in order to receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. After October 15th, no refunds will be issued.
